How to access your air chambers for replacement or return

Step 1: Open the Mattress Cover

• Lay the mattress flat on a clean, dry surface.
• Locate the bottom zipper of Mattress
• Carefully unzip the mattress cover completely to gain access to the internal air chambers.

Step 2: Access the Air Chambers

• Lift the top panel of the mattress until the internal air chambers are fully visible.
• Be careful not to pull or stretch any air hoses while opening the mattress.
• Ensure you have enough room to remove each air chamber safely.

Step 3: Remove the Air Chambers

• Carefully lift each air chamber out of the mattress one at a time.
• Avoid pulling on the air hoses or connectors.
• Place the air chambers on a clean surface next to the mattress while preparing them for packing.

Step 4: Deflate the Air Chambers

• Locate the hose clamps at the end of the hose
• Remove the hose clamps
• Once the clamps have been removed, disconnect the hose fittings from the hose.
• Allow all the air to escape from each chamber.
• After the chambers are fully deflated, fold them neatly to make them easier to pack.
